Detta i kombination med den p\u00e5g\u00e5ende \u00f6verg\u00e5ngen till kolfritt st\u00e5lframst\u00e4llning ger st\u00e5l en enorm potential att bli materialet f\u00f6r en h\u00e5llbar framtid. <br\/><br\/>Olje- och gasindustrin har varit en av de fr\u00e4msta drivkrafterna f\u00f6r att utveckla och anv\u00e4nda avancerade st\u00e5lprodukter och har tvingat st\u00e5lindustrin och produktleverant\u00f6rer som Subseatec att utmana vad som anses m\u00f6jligt.<br\/><br\/>Den senaste utvecklingen inom omr\u00e5det ultrah\u00f6gt tryck och h\u00f6g temperatur (HPHT) \u00e4r ett exempel. Inom detta omr\u00e5de har Subseatec utmanats av oljebolag och OEM-tillverkare att utveckla produkter med h\u00e5llfasthet, seghet och korrosionsbest\u00e4ndighet f\u00f6r att klara de extrema milj\u00f6er som HPHT kr\u00e4ver. Som ett resultat har Subseatec idag kunskap och erfarenhet f\u00f6r att leverera SCR-stigar\u00f6rsleder f\u00f6r HPHT-milj\u00f6er. Ett 20 000 psi-system med en 5 1\/8&#8243; borrningsstorlek utvecklades och levererades till en av v\u00e5ra stora kunder.<br\/><br\/>Workover-systemet bestod av \u00f6vre och nedre sp\u00e4nningsleder, tensions- och mellansp\u00e4nningsleder, en SFT-adapter och en upph\u00e4ngningsbussning samt erforderliga testlock. Alla kritiska komponenter, t.ex. den 18 m l\u00e5nga \u00f6vre sp\u00e4nningsleden, var fullst\u00e4ndigt ID-kl\u00e4dda med Legering 625. Upph\u00e4ngningsbussningen kvalificerades genom ett 1 000-tons lasttest vid v\u00e5ra partners testcenter. Subseatec levererade de 20K-klassificerade lederna till sin kund under 2021. Vi st\u00e5r alla inf\u00f6r en stor omst\u00e4llning i v\u00e5r bransch mot mer h\u00e5llbara l\u00f6sningar, och Subseatec ser med v\u00e5r f\u00f6rankring i st\u00e5l- och energibranschen stora
